GENERAL INFORMATION
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and provide the option of back ordering or refund you the total or partial amount of your order, at your discretion, using the original method of payment.
DELIVERY LOCATION
Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in the USA. for shipments outside of the usa, please review customs clearence disclosure section below.
DELIVERY TIME
An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimated and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 1 business day (Monday-Friday), of the date of your order. This does not apply to holidays. Please note we do not ship on Sundays. Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.
DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS
If there are any specific delivery instructions that are necessary to complete the delivery please be sure to provide them at checkout. HouseofGro.com cannot be held liable for omissions which lead delays or failure to deliver. Houseofgro.com is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address.
SAME DAY SHIPPING
HouseofGro.com strives to ship out all orders the same day they are received. Generally all orders placed before 3 PM Eastern Time are shipped the same day. Any orders placed after 3 PM Eastern Time will be shipped the following day. All Saturday and Sunday orders will ship Monday.
SHIPPING
Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed. Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page. Sales tax is charged according to the province or territory to which the item is shipped (when applicable).

houseofgro.com does not offer refunds. we accept returns for refund or exchange for items damaged in transit. to be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must email us within 7 days of receiving your items at orders@houseofgro.com. once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we've received your returned item. shipping costs are the responsibilty of the customer and are non refundable. house of gro is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address provided at checkout. any approved return is subject to a re-stocking fee at the sole discretion of management.

Duties and taxes:
import duties and taxes are not included in the product price or shipping and handling fee. these charges are the responsibility of the buyer as we are only charging for the transportation fee of your order. you may check with your local customs office to determine if there will be additional costs.
