Refund policy
HOUSE OF GRŌ® does not offer refunds.
We accept returns for refund or exchange for items damaged in transit. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must email us within 7 days of receiving your item at orders@houseofgro.com .
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we've received your returned item. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. HOUSE OF GRŌ® is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address. HOUSE OF GRŌ® will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking. If you have any questions, please email orders@houseofgro.com .
Any authorized returns are subject to a re-stocking fee at the sole discretion of management.
